HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us that will include the tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving the shipment confirmation e-mail, please contact us at info@tartufia.com with your name and order number and we will check it for you.
